Let me first apologize for ignoring my blog for such a long time. I had to figure out a few things in life! And boy, have I done just that. I started on a brand new journey January 3, 2016 by packing some clothes and hopping on a one way flight to The Big Apple. Now why did I do that? I sometimes ask myself that quite often, but to follow a dream like every other person who moves to the city of dreams!
I obviously have an interest in fashion--it's something I love. Ever since deciding medical school was not for me anymore, I knew I wanted a career in fashion. But that idea is not always so feasible and this is a tough industry to get into. Definitely if you don't have a design, merchandising or some sort of fashion education or background. But networking pays off and working for a company that supports career growth helps as well.
I have began a new chapter in my life as a New Yorker. Although this is not my favorite city, and I actually cannot stand this city, it's a new chapter nonetheless and I am excited to be living out my dream. Thank you for tuning into my blog : )
