This is a quick and easy recipe fully of yumminess.
Ingredients:
- Lobster
- Shrimp
- Asparagus
- Kale
- Angel Hair Pasta
- Heavy Whipping Cream
- Butter
First, saute the shrimp, lobster and asparagus with some olive oil. Once those are fully cooked add some kale as well. Then move to side to use later.
Next melt 1/3 of a stick of butter and add the heavy whipping cream in a pan. Use as much as you think you'll need to cover the amount of pasta you made. Add garlic salt, pepper and parsley to the cream and butter. Once the concoction begins bubble a bit add the noodles and allow the noodles to cook a bit in the sauce. The last step is adding the ingredients on top--stir and serve!
I mean seriously, who doesn't love baked mostaccioli? But honestly, sometimes you just don't have the time for it to be baked to amazingness. So here's an another option to have some wonderful mostaccioli for half the time--stove top mostaccioli!
Of course, with all pasta dishes, the first step should be boiling the noodles in salted water to al dente and this is no exception. You can use penne noodles for this recipe. Once noodles are boiled rinse with water and I always like to add garlic salt, pepper, parsley and some parmesan cheese to my cooked noodles while they're still hot.
While the noodles are boiling, you can begin to cook the ground beef-- of course if you want to be healthy you can substitute the ground beef for ground turkey. So brown the ground beef and pour out excess fat before adding tomato sauce. Once you add the tomato sauce, add the noodles and allow to cook on the stove for about 10 minutes so everything can gel well. Add a little more parmesan to top off before serving!
Ingredients:
Farfalle pasta noodles
1 Orange or yellow pepper
4-6 slices of thick cut bacon
Kale or fresh spinach
Heavy whipping cream
1 stick of Butter
Boil noodles until tender and drain. Add garlic salt and pepper to noodles. Dice pepper. You may cook the bacon on the stove but I prefer to bake mine at 375 for 15-20 minutes. The bacon actually comes out tasting better and you protect yourself from potentially getting popped with grease! After the bacon is finished, pour a bit of the grease in a skillet and sauté the peppers and kale/spinach. If you wanted to add some other meat like shrimp or any other seafood, sauté along with the veggies. Move all of that to separate bowl and begin to make the homemade white pasta sauce.
Melt 1/2 stick of better add a hefty amount of garlic salt, black pepper, and parsley to the butter. Once it's almost melted, add about 2/3 of the whipping cream container. You can really play it by eye and determine how saucy you want your pasta. Allow the cream and butter to sit for 2-3 mins and stir occasionally and add a bit more of the garlic salt and pepper. Then add the noodles, veggies and bacon. Add more garlic salt, pepper and parsley flakes. Then stir and allow for pasta to cook on stove top until sauce thickens.
